Split Workspace stores saved workspace layouts and browser tab metadata locally in Chrome. This can include tab URLs, titles, favicon URLs, audio settings, and display layout information.
This information is used only to let users save, launch, restore, and manage their browser workspaces. Split Workspace does not inspect the contents of web pages.
Split Workspace does not transmit, sell, or share this information with third parties. It does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, or remote code. The developer does not receive or have access to the information stored locally by the extension.
Users can delete saved workspaces from within Split Workspace. Removing the extension removes its locally stored extension data from Chrome.
Split Workspace's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If Split Workspace changes how it handles user information, this policy and the Chrome Web Store privacy disclosures will be updated.
